Debt & Levy Collection
We offer Debt Collection services for individuals and various businesses.
All owners of Sectional units or Home Owners Association are obliged to pay validly raised general and special levies to their Body Corporate or Home Owners Association. When owners default in paying their levies, the owners who have duly paid, subsidize the defaulting owners and the Body Corporate or Home Owners Association as a whole are prejudiced by such default. This will ultimately lead to financial implications for the Body Corporate / Home Owners Association which will result in difficulties in the running and management of the complex.
Evictions
Evictions in South Africa are governed by the Prevention of Illegal Eviction from and Unlawful Occupation of Land Act 19 of 1998, which was enacted to regulate the lawful eviction of unlawful occupiers and recognise land owners’ rights to approach the Courts to enforce such rights.
